1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website drexonlabs.com and/or making a purchase, you ("the Buyer") affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You confirm you have read and understood the following Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability.
2. Product Purpose and Use
All products sold by Drexon Labs are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory development purposes by qualified personnel. They are NOT for human or veterinary use, nor are they to be used as food additives, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
3. Customer Representations and Warranties
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a qualified researcher or work within a controlled laboratory environment.
- You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products.
- You possess the knowledge, equipment, and facilities to handle these materials safely.
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, handling, and use of these products.
- You understand that these products are not certified or guaranteed to be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and assume responsibility for verifying their status for your intended use.
4. Waiver of Liability and Indemnification
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DREXON LABS, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE HANDLING, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES.
In direct consideration of the sale, you agree to indemnify and hold Drexon Labs harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising from your handling, possession, misuse, or use of the product. This includes any action taken by a third party.
5. FDA and Legal Disclaimer
The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by Drexon Labs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Drexon Labs is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
6. Use of Services
Our Services and products are for research use only and are not intended for personal use or consumption, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to use our Services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Drexon Labs reserves the right to refuse sale if it believes a customer is violating these Terms.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and other material on our Services are the intellectual property of Drexon Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to use it in infringement of any patent.
9. Orders and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drexon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured through the Services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Communications Consent
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Drexon Labs, including but not limited to transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing communications, via email, SMS/text message, and other electronic means.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to any SMS message.

Drexon Labs may change prospective program terms under Section 24 (Amendments). Earned and finally approved commissions are governed by the terms in effect when the qualifying transaction occurred, subject to returns, fraud review, and adjustments.
1. Program Overview
The Drexon Labs Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and businesses (“Affiliates”) to promote Drexon Labs products through unique referral links and discount codes in exchange for commissions on qualifying purchases.
Participation in the Program is a privilege and not a right. Drexon Labs reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have legal authority to enter into contracts.
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Own or control the social media accounts, websites, or communities used for promotion.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Applications may be denied without explanation.
3. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create:
Employment
Agency
Partnership
Joint Venture
Franchise
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, owners, or authorized representatives of Drexon Labs.
4. Commission Structure
Current commission rates are:

4.1 — Reduced-Commission Products. Notwithstanding the tier rates above, commission on Bacteriostatic Water is fixed at fifteen percent (15%) of the discounted product subtotal, regardless of Affiliate tier. This rate applies uniformly to all Affiliates. Drexon Labs may designate additional products as Reduced-Commission Products by posting an updated product list on the Affiliate portal.
4.2 — Recurring and Subscription Purchases. In addition to the commission earned on a referred customer’s first qualifying purchase, Affiliates of any tier earn a five percent (5%) recurring commission on each subscription renewal order placed by that same customer, for as long as the customer’s subscription remains active and the Affiliate remains an active participant in the Program. This recurring commission applies uniformly across the Starter, Elite, and Legend tiers and is paid in addition to, and calculated separately from, the Affiliate’s standard first-purchase commission.
Commission percentages, qualification requirements, and tier structures may be modified by Drexon Labs at any time upon reasonable notice, consistent with Section 24.
5. Personalized Discount Code
Each Affiliate receives a personalized promotional code (e.g., CREATORNAME15 ). Customers receive 15% off the qualifying product subtotal.
Discount codes remain the exclusive property of Drexon Labs. Drexon Labs may modify, replace, suspend, or revoke any discount code at its sole discretion.
Affiliates may not:
Sell discount codes
Publish codes on coupon websites without written approval
Purchase products using their own code
Encourage others to abuse promotions
Misrepresent discounts
5.1 — Excluded Products. The Affiliate discount code does not apply to Bacteriostatic
Water or Insulin Syringes. This exclusion is disclosed at checkout and does not reduce the Affiliate’s commission-eligible subtotal on other qualifying products in the same order.
6. Referral Tracking
Qualifying referrals are tracked through:

Tracking cookies remain active for 60 days. If multiple Affiliates refer the same customer, commission attribution shall be determined by Drexon Labs’ tracking platform. Tracking data maintained by Drexon Labs shall be final.
7. Partner Leader Program
Selected Affiliates may be invited into the Partner Leader Program. Approved Partner Leaders may recruit additional Affiliates.
Partner Leaders receive a 5% override commission on qualifying product sales generated by directly referred Affiliates. The referred Affiliate continues receiving one hundred percent (100%) of their own commission. Override commissions are paid separately by Drexon Labs.
Partner Leader benefits may be modified or revoked at any time.
8. Monthly Performance Bonuses

9. Payments
Commissions are generally processed monthly. No minimum payout is required.
Payments may be delayed during investigation of:
Refunds
Chargebacks
Fraud
Invalid traffic
Compliance reviews
Payment disputes
Drexon Labs reserves the right to reverse commissions that were earned through invalid transactions.
10. Advertising & Marketing Compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for all advertising, promotional content, videos, social media posts, websites, emails, and public statements they publish.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, platform policies, and disclosure requirements applicable to their promotional activities.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims regarding Drexon Labs or its products.
Drexon Labs products are sold for research purposes only. Affiliates may not represent any product as intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or otherwise market products in a manner inconsistent with their intended research use.
Failure to comply with this section may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Self-referrals
Purchasing through your own affiliate link
Purchasing through your own discount code
Fake customer accounts
Artificial traffic
Bots
Cookie stuffing
Trademark infringement
Misleading advertisements
False testimonials
Fake reviews
Review manipulation
Spam
Coupon abuse
Unauthorized paid search advertising using Drexon Labs trademarks
Publishing confidential information
Selling affiliate accounts
Promising guaranteed income
Any fraudulent activity
12. Intellectual Property
Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Drexon Labs marketing materials solely for participation in the Program.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any Drexon Labs intellectual property.
13. Confidential Information
Affiliates agree not to disclose:
Supplier identities
Wholesale pricing
Internal pricing
Product sourcing
Customer information
Marketing strategies
Business operations
Proprietary information
Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
14. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from commissions earned.
15. Reserved Rights
Drexon Labs reserves the right to:
Reject applications
Suspend accounts
Terminate Affiliates
Reverse commissions
Delay payments
Modify commission rates
Modify bonus programs
Modify Program requirements
Modify Partner Leader eligibility
Refuse service where permitted by law
Participation in the Program remains entirely at the discretion of Drexon Labs.
16. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
No commission is earned on:
Returned products
Refunded orders
Cancelled orders
Fraudulent purchases
Chargebacks
Duplicate transactions
Previously paid commissions may be deducted from future earnings.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drexon Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the Program.
18. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drexon Labs LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, successors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or attorney’s fees arising from:
Affiliate advertising
Promotional content
Public statements
Violation of this Agreement
19. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination:
Affiliate links may be disabled immediately.
Discount codes may be revoked.
Future commissions cease.
Previously earned commissions remain subject to fraud, refund, chargeback, and compliance review before payment.
20. Force Majeure
Drexon Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, supplier interruptions, pandemics, war, or other events outside its control.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Drexon Labs and the Affiliate concerning participation in the Program and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or understandings.
23. Acceptance
By creating an Affiliate account, applying to the Program, clicking “I Agree,” or participating in the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
24. Amendments
Drexon Labs may modify this Agreement, including commission rates, bonus programs, and Program requirements, at any time upon reasonable notice (posted on the Affiliate portal or sent by email). Continued participation in the Program following notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Changes apply prospectively only; commissions on transactions that qualified before the effective date of a change remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of that transaction.
